Lithophanes we're originally created in the late 1820's, the fabrication method begins with etching or molding artwork that can be seen clearly only when back lit. This artwork is then turned into metal plates then used to cast porcelain images. This method has been perfected and still exists today, but can be quite costly to have customized.

Only now, with the emergence of 3D printing do we have the ability to offer affordable alternatives to the original method. Allowing average consumers to order on-demand lithophanes at a fraction of the price. 

 Miss Printed not only offers you the ability to 3D print your images into lithophanes, but we also offer the ability to seal your personalized memorabilia in resin or acrylic coatings to give it an even longer life.

How to order your lithophane:

Send us a message through our website or directly to info@missprint3d.ca citing that you're interested in having a lithophane made.

We will ask for additional details and the photo you wish to have printed.

We may ask for a deposit before we begin printing.

After it is complete, we will message for approval and payment before shipping your memorabilia.
