Miss Printed will not be held responsible for incorrect or missing shipping information. We cannot process any refunds in such circumstances. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered by the shipping service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change an order, please email info@missprint3d.ca with your order # and details along with a contact number in which a representative can reach you at as well as an appropriate time to call.
Changes cannot be made once your order is shipped.
Depending on your shipping choice, you may receive a tracking number in an email, all items over 100$ are only compatible with shipping options that provide a tracking number.
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipper to investigate the issue. We are not accountable for packages once released to the shipping company, contact the shipping service for any loss in deliveries.
Packages may take longer to arrive during busy times such as holidays. Please note we do not have control over the delivery service or time once your package is submitted for delivery.

All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. YOU are liable/responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes applied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Miss Printed will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
